Gore Is Named One of The Best Workplaces in Europe in 2023

LIVINGSTON, United Kingdom (September 22, 2023) -
At W. L. Gore & Associates, Associate satisfaction is extremely important. In recognition of this, the enterprise was once again named one of Europe’s top employers. Awards were given to the 25 best workplaces in Europe at a ceremony on September 21. With its participating subsidiaries in Germany, France, the UK, and Italy, Gore earned 18th place in the “Best multinational employer” category. In order to be listed as one of the “Best Workplaces in Europe”, companies must have received awards in national competitions in at least three countries.

The international ranking is carried out by Great Place to Work every year and is based, among other things, on an employee survey. This year, 150 companies were listed, and over one million employees in Europe were surveyed on their experiences at work.

Great Place to Work® certifies organizations based on anonymous employee surveys and analyses of HR measures.
